Ingredients (for two people):
- two chicken breasts while not the skin
- two hundred g of Paris mushrooms sliced
- one chicken flavoring dissolved in 1/2 glass of water
- two tablespoons of mustard
- two teaspoons of cream lightened
- two teaspoons tarragon
- two teaspoons vegetable oil
- two shallots, minced
- salt pepper
Preparation of the recipe :
Saute the shallots within the vegetable oil three minutes while not browning. Add mushrooms and cook two minutes. Add the chicken broth. Bake ten min.
Brown the chicken breasts in a very slippery frying pan till brunet . add the mushrooms and cook ten minutes.
At the end, take away the chicken, add the mustard, tarragon and cream. Chicken breasts cut into slices and serve with the mushrooms.
