Chicken Tagine

Ingredients (serves 4):
- 4 chicken legs
- 2 courgettes
- 3 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- spice tagine
- cumin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- water

Preparation of the recipe :


Brown chicken on medium heat to make it a little golden.

Meanwhile,cut the vegetables and peel: cut the carrots into 2 and then in the direction of the length.zucchini for Ditto. Cut the onions into strips and apples of land 4.

Place vegetables with chicken, add spices tagine and cumin. Also put a little water (3/4 glass of water). Cook for about 1 hour and voila, it's ready.
