Stuffed Potatoes


Ingredients:

10 pieces potatoes
2-3 sausages or salami
Greens, cheese, salt and mayonnaise to taste

How to Prepare:

Clean the potatoes and cut deeper into it.

Put a potato dish for cooking and boil for a couple in the "Steaming" about 30-40 minutes. Let cool the potatoes.

The core has been removed from the potato shred and fry in frying pan until crisp. We give cool. Sausage or sausage cut into cubes.

The greens grind. Mix greens, fried potatoes, sausage or salami, and dressed with mayonnaise. Potatoes steamed stuffed with filling.

Stuffed with potatoes, sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook in "Baking" 20 minutes. For the crust cooking time can be extended.
