Julienne Chicken


Ingredients:

Chicken breast - 400-500 g.
Milk - 1 tbsp.
Flour
Sour cream - 150 g.
Cheese - 200 g.

How to Prepare:

Boil chicken breasts, about 10-15 minutes. Be sure to remove the foam. Cut fillets into small pieces. Put the pieces of meat in a saucepan, cover them with cold milk to dilute it with flour and sour cream.
