Iskander Kebab

Ingredients for 4:
250 g beef
4 tomatoes
2 onions
4 cloves garlic
2 red peppers
1 tablespoon melted butter
250 ml of thick Greek yogurt
2 pita
3 tablespoons olive oil
Salt pepper

How to Prepare:

Iskander kebab is a traditional Turkish dish, is very satisfying.

Meat wash, boil the whole piece, cool, cut into strips and fry in olive oil, salt.

Onions, garlic clean. Tomatoes Wash. Onions, tomatoes and 2 cloves of garlic grate, put in a pan and simmer until cooked, add salt and pepper to taste.
