Pizza with Salmon and Mozzarella


Ingredients:

1 portion of the test (do as the recipe Pizza with pork)
5 pieces preserved in oil anchovies or anchovy
400 grams of fat cottage cheese
100 ml cream
1 Art. Spoon of mustard
1 Art. Tablespoon capers
1 bunch green onions
250 g mozzarella
300 g of fresh salmon fillets with skin
4 art. Tablespoons vegetable oil
Black pepper

How to Prepare:

Knead the dough, roll it out, make 4 elongated cake and put them on a greased baking tray.
Anchovies cut into slices and mix with cottage cheese, cream, mustard and chopped capers. Green onions wash, and several leave for decoration. The rest of the onion cut into small rings and add cream.

Mozzarella cut into slices. Salmon fillets cut in half lengthwise and then into pieces 1-2 cm thick and mix with 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese cream.

The dough is spread with curd cream, put on top of the salmon and mozzarella slices. Sprinkle oil and baked in a preheated oven to 225 degrees about 25 minutes. Pepper, garnish with green onion and left to serve.
