Salad of shrimp and crab with asparagus and Chinese cabbage
For this recipe you will need:
Crabs (meat) - 300g
Shrimp (raw untreated) - 200g
Green asparagus - 250g
Chinese cabbage - 4 pcs.
Refills:
Olive oil - 3 tbsp
Juice - 1 lemon
Watercress - 1 bunch
Salt, black pepper - to taste.
To prepare the salad of shrimp and crab with asparagus and Chinese cabbage should:
Cook the shrimp. Clear.
In a pan melt the butter, add the crab meat, dividing his hands into small pieces, warm over medium heat and shift in a salad bowl to the shrimp.
Cut tips from the asparagus and boil for a couple. Add the cabbage leaves to the asparagus, cook about 2 minutes, cool.
Cut strips of cabbage, asparagus - pieces of 3-4 cm. add to seafood along with half the beam of watercress.
For the salad dressing mix olive oil with lemon juice, add salt, pepper and chopped watercress. Drizzle salad dressing and serve.
